Full Job Description Client Liaison Specialist Salary:
$40,000-$50,000 per year

Role Overview As a Client Liaison Specialist , you will support our Investment Advisor Representatives and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech‑savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service. Primary Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day operations for Investment Advisor Representatives Answer and place client phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Assist with marketing communications Maintain and organize client files Update and manage the electronic filing system Submit account paperwork and follow up on pending items Maintain and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system Meeting Preparation Qualifications Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new software Strong customer‑service mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently and collaboratively Positive attitude and strong communication skills Experience working directly with clients Familiarity with CRM tools Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.) Experience in the financial services industry (preferred) At least 5 years of computer‑skills experience Knowledge of the financial investment industry Prior experience supporting internal and external customers What We Offer Competitive salary 401(k) plan with employer contribution Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Healthy work/life balance Schedule Full‑time 8‑hour shift On‑site in Sterling Heights, MI Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
