Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our small, collaborative office team. This role will support our clinicians and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to help ensure smooth operations. Serve as a vital role in supporting pregnant women and women with infants under the age of 1 year, helping them access the care, education, and services they need for a healthy start.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound phone calls to clients in a professional and courteous manner Upload and manage documentation within an electronic medical records (EMR) system Print, scan, and fax documents as needed Check email, fax and referrals Provide general administrative support to the social workers and nurses that visit our clients Perform occasional light physical tasks, including lifting items between 20-30 lbs
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems (EMR experience is preferred) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual
