Duties Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, providing prompt assistance to customers regarding plumbing services, products, and appointments Assist clients with scheduling service visits, answering questions about plumbing solutions, and guiding them through troubleshooting steps Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using House Call Pro, Microsoft Office tools and other computer programs Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and offering suitable plumbing products or service packages Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction Manage client inquiries via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely follow-up Experience Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Demonstrated strong computer skills Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and maintaining detailed logs or reports required Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is a plus Previous experience in customer service within the plumbing or home services industry is advantageous Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills enhance client engagement Join us to deliver outstanding service that makes a real difference! Pay:
