Dispatch HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical techs efficently using House Call pro Manage warranty claims Answer phones in the office and occasionally make outbound calls Enter data accurately Collect deposits on larger jobs Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette, and resolving issues promptly. Experience Prior experience in dispatching preferred.
