A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an Aftermarket Parts Sales & Customer Service Representative to join its team. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers seeking replacement parts, service, and other aftermarket solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales, customer service, parts sales, or industrial equipment , along with strong attention to detail and the ability to understand customer needs and coordinate solutions across multiple departments. This is an office-based position within a manufacturing environment and offers a base salary plus commission opportunity for an individual who enjoys building customer relationships and driving sales. Key Responsibilities Sell and support OEM replacement parts while working toward revenue and margin goals Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders, including pricing, lead times, and product configurations Research equipment information, customer history, and replacement parts using internal ERP and CRM systems Ensure customer requests are accurately documented and associated with the correct equipment and account Serve as the initial point of contact for aftermarket customer requests Evaluate customer needs and determine the appropriate solution or internal department Obtain necessary customer, equipment, and application information before processing requests Follow up on open quotations and sales opportunities to help convert quotes into orders Coordinate customer requests with internal service, training, technical, rebuilding/retrofit, and sales teams Maintain communication and visibility throughout the customer request process Review quotations for accuracy, completeness, pricing, and compliance with company guidelines Assist with returns and warranty-related parts requests Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, quotes, and orders Ensure customer requests are properly documented and routed through established processes Provide accurate parts and equipment information to internal teams Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Education & Experience Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred 1-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, parts sales, or a related position Experience working with industrial equipment, machinery, manufacturing, or technical products preferred Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems preferred Skills & Abilities Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into accurate solutions Strong attention to detail when preparing quotes and processing orders Comfortable working with technical information, equipment, and replacement parts Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer requests Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple internal departments Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software systems Ability to learn new ERP and CRM systems quickly Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and develop opportunities Compensation & Opportunity Competitive base salary + commission Opportunity to increase earnings through sales performance Join an established manufacturing organization Customer-facing role with a strong technical component Opportunity to develop expertise in aftermarket sales and industrial equipment Work closely with sales, service, and technical teams Opportunity for career growth within a manufacturing environment Work Environment This position is primarily office-based within a manufacturing environment .
