Call Center & Marketing Specialist

What You'll Do:

Answer inbound calls from homeowners seeking information about our home improvement services Provide helpful, friendly support while guiding potential clients through their questions and next steps Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team — no hard selling required Maintain accurate call notes and follow established call-handling procedures Assist with marketing and social media efforts, including: Monitoring incoming social media messages and inquiries Engaging with potential customers online in a professional, on-brand voice Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions Helping nurture inbound leads from digital channels Meet and exceed weekly call quality and appointment-setting goals Represent Revive Exteriors with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset
