Customer Service Representative Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $19.25 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) In the Customer Service Sales Representative role, you will working in fast paced call center office environment where you will need to have an eye for detail, be quick to respond to clients emails and calls for order entry and customer service. Quote customer orders by following pricing sheet Follow up on quotes to convert into an order Search inventory database to see which location has stock Enter customer orders in our system 10 Key data entry

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

1-3 years experience working in inside sales or call center environment. Previous industrial industry experience preferred. Proficient with basic math and measurement & dimensions Friendly positive attitude Attention to detail a must Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
