Interactive Zoo Position Overview:

We are looking for upbeat, friendly, and energetic individuals to join our Guest Experience team at our hands-on, interactive zoo. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required —just a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a passion for animals and education. As a Guest Experience Associate, you will be the face of the zoos customer service experience, creating memorable interactions while helping guests learn about a wide variety of animals in a fun, engaging, and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, exciting atmosphere Engage with visitors of all ages through hands-on animal experiences Educate guests on animal facts, behaviors, habitats, and conservation in an approachable way Assist with guest flow, exhibits, and interactive stations Ensure guest safety and follow animal-handling and facility protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas Represent the zoo in a professional, enthusiastic, and positive manner
