Job Description

Ackerman Gutters is one of Metro Detroit's steadily growing gutter companies and we are looking for motivated, detail oriented, hard-working individuals with positive attitudes to fill our customer service representative positions. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling services, assisting with customer needs, and communicating customer requests with technicians in the field. Customer Service Representatives must also be able to project positive and professional image to our customers.
Our Representatives Enjoy:
  • Starting at $18/Hour pay with commissions, based on experience

Daily Tasks Include:
  • Returning Voicemails
  • Responding to emails in a professional manner
  • Taking phone calls and inputting information into the computer
  • Communicating with technicians and management
  • Taking payments and posting production
Requirements:
    MUST HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
    • Excellent customer service and phone skills
    • Excellent and professional oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work as a team player
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Problem solving skills
    • Computer knowledge
    • Basic awareness of southeast Michigan area
