Warehouse & Customer Service Associate Location:

Shelby Twp, MI Shift:

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Pay rate $18 Role Overview We are looking for a versatile and hardworking team member to join our appliance outlet in Shelby Township. This role is a blend of physical warehouse work and front-end customer service. If you enjoy staying active and helping people find great deals, this is the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities Logistics & Inventory:

Safely load and unload appliance shipments from delivery trucks.

Warehouse Movement:

Move refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other units throughout the warehouse and onto the showroom floor using dollies and floor jacks.

Product Detailing:

Thoroughly clean and prep appliances to ensure they look their best for resale.

Customer Support:

Greet showroom visitors, answer questions regarding product features, and assist with the checkout or loading process.

General Maintenance:

Keep the warehouse and showroom floor clean, organized, and safe for staff and guests.

Requirements Physical Strength:

Ability to lift, push, and maneuver heavy appliances regularly.

Communication Skills:

A friendly, professional demeanor when speaking with customers and teammates.

Punctuality:

Ability to consistently work the 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM shift.

Hands-on Skills:

Comfort using basic tools and cleaning supplies to refurbish inventory.

Reliability:

A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently without constant supervision. Work Environment This is a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment.
