Key Responsibilities Manages incoming inquiries for Industrial customer orders in (Sales Force) Provides quotes for new inquiries from price lists and logs in order tracking software (Sales Force) Enters customers' orders into company MRP platform (SAP)as well as maintains internal database or records Assists in the implementation of Industrial customer rebuild and return orders by providing RMA's Effectively and courteously communicates with customers and sales representatives. Rrequired Skills and Qualifications High school degree or GED required. A minimum of two years' proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Experience with SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Salesforce experience Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
