This is an in-office position located in Waterford, Michigan. Remote work is not available at this time. What You'll Do Service auto and home insurance clients Handle policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews Quote and follow up on new business opportunities Build strong client relationships and improve retention Identify additional coverage needs and make recommendations when appropriate Refer life insurance opportunities to our licensed specialists What We're Looking For Active Michigan Property & Casualty License required Insurance agency experience strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing coverage options and making recommendations Organized, dependable, and able to manage your workload independently Must have a positive attitude, sense of humor, and team-first mindset Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult customer interactions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day What You'll Get Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Office closed daily from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM for lunch Competitive salary plus commission and bonus opportunities Health insurance benefits Paid holidays and
