Car Dealership Service Business Development Center Agent $18.00 - $22.00/ hr.

Job Type:

Full or Part-time. Must be available between the following hours; Monday & Thursday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, and one Saturday a month.

Location:

Wixom, MI We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Business Development Center Agent. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits Schedule service appointments for customers and ensure that they are promptly attended to Follow up with customers to ensure that their service needs have been met Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
