If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role may be a great fit. What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and coverage questions Support billing and payment needs and help resolve account issues Help clients start and track claims and connect them with the right resources Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on open items Identify opportunities to offer additional products when appropriate (no high-pressure sales—service-first) Work closely with the agent and team to meet office goals and deliver a great customer experience What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Prior customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus) Licensing MN Property & Casualty license preferred (or willing to obtain) MN Life/Health license a preferred (or willing to obtain) (We can discuss support/training for the right candidate.)
Schedule & Compensation Hours:
Full-time 9:00AM - 5:00PM Pay:
