Interview Process:
One-and-done, 30-45 minute onsite interview Position Overview We are seeking two Customer Service Representatives to support a fast-paced, high-volume B2B customer service environment during a critical period of growth and transition. This team is navigating multiple mergers and acquisitions, peak ramp-up season, and internal staffing changes, creating an immediate need for strong, system-savvy customer support talent. This role will focus heavily on inbound customer support via phone and email, order processing, and case management while working closely with sales and operations teams. Team & Business Context Team of 13 total associates 3 supporting M&A integrations 10 within the legacy customer service group Approximately half of the team functions as generalists handling: Incoming phone queue d inbox Salesforce case management The division supports paint sprayer products and is currently in peak season Call volume averages ~320 inbound calls per day across the team Key Responsibilities Handle 70% inbound phone calls and 30% email-based customer support through a shared inbox Provide B2B customer service support related to: Pricing inquiries Inventory availability and ETA checks Order entry and order management Shipping coordination and shipping damage issues Accurately document customer interactions, cases, and orders within Salesforce or CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in a high-volume environment Required Qualifications (Must-Haves) Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment High level of comfort navigating multiple systems and tools simultaneously Sharp, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new processes Professional communication skills for B2B phone-based interactions Preferred Qualifications (Plusses) Experience using Salesforce General CRM experience Background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments Bachelor's degree We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
