Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge in Adobe Suites and Microsoft products, and possess strong organizational skills. Reliability and dependability are a must.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process transactions accurately using a Point of Sale system
• Provide information about products and services
• Upsell products to increase sales revenue
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience/Requirements:

• No previous experience necessary
• Ability to handle cash and operate store equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of Adobe Suites and Microsoft is a plus On the job training to learn all equipment and processes.
