9 Eagan, MN Job Details Part-time 4 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position Summary The Client & Clinic Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience for clients and clinicians within our behavioral health clinics. This position combines front-facing client interaction with administrative and operational support, helping maintain smooth daily clinic operations while supporting the broader Client Services team. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk Support
  • Greet and assist clients during check-in at clinic locations
  • Collect and process payments in accordance with company policies
  • Answer client questions and provide general support in a professional, compassionate manner
  • Always ensure a positive and confidential client experience Client Services Team Support
  • Provide backup support for phone lines, including answering calls and routing inquiries appropriately
  • Assist with client scheduling needs and general inquiries as needed
  • Support waitlist management, including tracking, updates, and client communication Administrative & Records Support
  • Assist with medical records requests and documentation processing
  • Upload, send, and track client forms and required documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards Clinical Team Support
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians as needed
  • Help coordinate communication between clinicians and clients
  • Assist with operational tasks that enable clinicians to focus on patient care Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or customer service setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred Key Competencies
