Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule freight shipments to ensure timely delivery and pick-up Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments Utilize PC-based systems to track, update, and manage logistics information Meet demanding deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Support the overall efficiency and reliability of the logistics operation Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in customer service (required) At least 1 year of experience in trucking or logistics (required) Strong PC skills and ability to quickly learn new systems Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, accurate, and able to meet tight deadlines Fast learner with strong organizational skills Offered compensation: $19/hr Experience and License Requirements Customer service Trucking/Logistics
