- (Eagan, MN) We are seeking a friendly, positive, motivated person with attention to detail to join our screen printing and embroidery team.
The responsibilities include:
Working with team to increase sales and assist company growth Communicating with customers via phone and email Assist walk-in customers Assist customers select the best products for their needs Assisting customers order merchandise Entering detailed product orders into the computer Placing product orders with vendors Resolving customer complaints We're looking for a self-starter who has: 3+ years of direct office experience 2+ years of specific Promotional Products or Screen Printing and Embroidery Industry a huge plus MS Office computer skills and who enjoys learning new computer programs Solid writing skills Proficient typing skills- minimum of 70-75 words per minute Great phone and office personality
