Season:

September through April Position Overview Beaudry Oil & Propane is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our Elk River office. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers through telephone, email, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally Assist customers with questions, requests, orders, and general account information Provide friendly and professional service through telephone, email, and in-person interactions Enter customer orders and service requests accurately and efficiently Verify pricing, billing and delivery information, credit status, product availability, lead times, and tracking information Listen carefully to customer needs and determine the appropriate action Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers Direct product

•or service-related questions to the appropriate employee or department Stay informed about company products, services, programs, and special offers Maintain accurate customer and company records Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requests are handled promptly Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Previous experience working directly with customers or the general public is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow direction from managers and supervisors Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described below represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this position successfully.
