Job Description
Customer Service Agent Life & Health 202 Main Street East, Hinckley, MN 55037 Up to $20 an hour - Full-time Up to $20 an hour - Full-time If you are looking for a rewarding and long-term career opportunity, we have an opening in our Life & Health department in Hinckley. Our main focus is on Medicare products & Health insurance, which are highly regulated fields with strict guidelines and demands a person who enjoys documenting & attention to detail. Our busiest time of year for Medicare & Health insurance is in the fall. During the fall season, this position will require overtime. The remainder of the year provides a calmer pace where we work with some Medicare & Health enrollments, but turn our focus to other individual life and health insurance options, and group benefits for our business clients. This position is a customer service/sales position where you would have a customer service role, answering customer billing & coverage questions. Which would be 30 to 50 % of your job duties. The additional time would be spent marketing and selling Medicare, health, life, disability & group benefits products to our existing customer base. We have a thorough training program that provides the groundwork for success in this industry, with direct access to our Life & Health team for support and guidance along the way. With effort and dedication, one can master their assigned tasks, product knowledge, service & sales. The primary characteristics you would need to have is:
