Job Description
Park State Bank is seeking a Client Service Specialist to deliver exceptional, relationship-focused service to our community banking customers in Duluth. In this front-line role, you will process everyday transactions, open and maintain personal and business accounts, and assist customers with online and mobile banking tools. You'll listen to customer needs, provide product information, and make referrals for loans and other services. Working in a collaborative, community-centered environment, you'll help customers succeed financially while supporting branch goals, following regulatory and security standards, and growing your skills through ongoing training. Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for walk-in and phone customers, delivering prompt, courteous service. Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other teller transactions accurately and securely. Open and maintain personal and business accounts, ensuring complete, compliant documentation. Identify customer needs and refer or cross-sell appropriate banking, loan, and digital services. Resolve customer questions and issues, escalating complex matters to bankers or managers as needed. Educate customers on online and mobile banking tools and support enrollment and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate records, balance cash drawer, and follow bank policies and regulatory requirements. Support community and relationship-building initiatives in line with Park State Bank's mission. Collaborate with team members to meet branch service and sales goals. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, systems, and compliance requirements.
