What You'll Do:

Be the primary point of contact for customers and deliver an exceptional service experience Build trust through clear communication, empathy, and follow-through Manage appointments, explain recommended services, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process Focus on customer retention by creating positive, repeatable experiences Work closely with technicians and management to ensure a smooth, stress-free visit for every customer

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills Experience writing and selling automotive service, ideally in an independent shop environment.
