Job Description

Join our team as an API Customer Experience Professional, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing digital experiences and ensuring the successful launch of APIs. Collaborate with diverse teams to drive innovation and maintain high standards of security and reliability. Responsibilities Guide product teams in preparing APIs for launch, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. Facilitate a seamless partner experience by addressing documentation and support gaps. Implement standards and controls to mitigate risks related to API compliance and operational readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate enterprise expectations into actionable guidance. Streamline and automate launch requirements to accelerate time to market. Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 3-5 years of experience working with APIs. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills Experience with performance testing, API governance, and developer portals. Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation and design. Technical writing experience, particularly in defining workflows and procedures. Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
