Schedule:

Thursday-Monday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (Tuesdays & Wednesdays Off)

Pay:

$17•19 per hour At Your Home Improvement Company (YHIC) , our Call Center Agents connect with customers over the phone to promote top-tier home improvement products and services. You won't have to "wing it"—we provide a structured script to help guide conversations and set you up for success. Your role will be to engage customers, build rapport, and schedule free in-home estimates for a variety of remodeling projects at a time that works best for them. Basic computer skills (data entry, navigation, etc.) Strong communication and customer service abilities An outgoing, positive personality A professional and dependable attitude Make outbound calls using a provided script Promote high-quality home improvement services Schedule free estimate appointments Accurately verify and enter customer information into our system Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
