Personal Care Assistant

Job description Rightway Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking dynamic Personal Care Assistants to support physically or mentally challenged clients in their everyday lives. This is more than just a job, the fulfillment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this position. If you're a compassionate and positive person, who enjoys helping others, then this is a job for you. We expect you to be dedicated, reliable and possess excellent communication skills. Experience caring for the elderly or disabled will make you a strong candidate. Most of the clients need coverage a few hours daily, seven days a week.

Key responsibilities are:

Medication reminders. Daily personal cares. Cook meals according to dietary restrictions. Ambulation and other supportive services as needed.

Skills set needed:

Caregiving experience dedicated in providing the best care. Positive attitude, Self-motivated and a Team player. Multi-tasking, Detail-oriented, Communicate effectively.

Requirement:

PCA Certified. A valid driver's license. A reliable vehicle. Covid-19 Immunization. We have Clients in Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding areas.

Client located in Robbinsdale-11 hours/weekly (split between Sat & Sun).
