Job Description
We're looking for folks who are interested in helping to care for animals and the people that love them at our American Animal Hospital Association accredited practice in North St. Paul. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career journey in the veterinary field or transfer customer service skills from another field. We are willing to train the right person to excel in this position. What you'll do: Provide exceptional, client-centered service Check patients in and collect payment at check out Review veterinarian's instructions for patients with their owners Answer the phone and schedule appointments Act as a liaison between clients and the medical team Assist with veterinary pharmacy functions Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment What we're looking for: Customer-service orientation - empathetic, warm, cheerful, welcoming Folks who are hardworking, dependable, and mature Those with attention to detail, and the ability to follow through until task is finished A contributor to a team-based approach for exceeding client expectations and care Interest in growing and developing professionally; someone who gets enjoyment from learning and taking on new responsibilities A team member with a deep appreciation for the responsibility of caring for patients as an AHAA accredited practice
