Call Center Agent:
Make outbound calls to customers to return health screening kits Navigate CRM systems and softphone tools to manage call activity Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy requirements Log call activity and update records accurately in system tools Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to calls and systems Maintain punctual attendance and readiness at shift start times Represent the company positively as part of the customer experience What You Need to Bring to the
Call Center Agent Role:
