Advent Talent Group is seeking a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to support our policyholders. As the first point of contact, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional service and strengthening customer relationships. In this role, you'll assist customers with general inquiries and route policy-related questions to our licensed team for a locally owned insurance agency. While no license is required, you will receive training on our products and programs to confidently support callers and escalate issues appropriately.

Full-time Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and provide customer support aligned with our values: Simple, Helpful, Friendly Route policy-related inquiries to the licensed policy team as needed Assist with questions related to claims, payments, renewals, and enrollments Follow all standard operating procedures for insurance programs Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance workflows and customer experience Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to support internal process improvements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of customer service experience Licensing Property/Casualty insurance producer license is a plus , but not mandatory Skills & Abilities Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet daily goals independently Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative Willingness to take direction from management Basic computer proficiency (email, web navigation, data entry) Ability to work professionally under pressure Eligible employees will enjoy the following benefits with
