Position Overview The CSR / Dispatcher serves as the first impression of our company. You will answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, coordinate technician schedules, follow up with customers, reactivate past opportunities, and help create an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call through job completion. This position combines customer service, scheduling, dispatching, relationship-building, and light sales responsibilities. ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Answer incoming customer calls Provide a friendly, professional customer experience Gather customer information accurately Resolve customer concerns when appropriate Maintain a positive and helpful attitude Scheduling & Dispatching Schedule plumbing, heating, and cooling service appointments Coordinate technician schedules throughout the day Manage schedule changes and customer communication Maximize efficiency and routing opportunities Monitor technician availability and workload Customer Follow-Up Follow up on unsold estimates Contact inactive customers Reach out regarding overdue maintenance Assist with membership renewals Support customer retention efforts Membership Growth Educate customers about company membership programs Recommend memberships when appropriate Process membership enrollments Track membership activity accurately Administrative Support Maintain accurate customer records Document customer interactions Update notes and job information Assist with office organization and communication What We're Looking For (Required) Excellent communication skills Strong phone presence Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude Reliable attendance Basic computer skills Customer service experience Dispatching experience ServiceTitan experience Preferred Plumbing, HVAC, or home service industry experience Sales experience Call center experience Compensation Base Pay Full-time $50,000 - $150,000 per year Performance Bonuses Employees may earn additional compensation through: Membership sales bonuses Booking rate bonuses Customer reactivation bonuses Customer review bonuses Team performance bonuses Top performers have the opportunity to earn $60,000-$150,000+ annually. Pay:

Are you willing to complete this assessment if selected to move forward? This is an in office position. We have an office in Wayzata and Plymouth. You would start your training in Plymouth, but likely working from the Wayzata location. Is this okay with you? Have you worked in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industry?
