Customer Service Order Entry

At Riedell Skates, we take pride in being a family-owned and operated business since 1945. We are looking for candidates who are interested in providing our customers with some of the best skating products in the world. We are currently looking to add to our Customer Service Order Entry Team. This team member will enter orders and respond to customer questions both via telephone and online. Successful candidates will be self motivated and have the ability to understand product specifications and variations to accurately assist customers. Candidates must have a good attendance record, a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and take direction.

• Must have strong experience in customer service work and customer care.
• Strong computer use including but not limited to; Microsoft Office/Outlook, Internet.
• Must have a positive and professional communication style, especially when dealing with outside customers.
• Must be able to accurately and efficiently work with customers and the internal team to enter and update customer orders
• Ability to utilize all office equipment, including but not limited to phone system, copiers/faxes and mail machine.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Customer Service Call Center environment or related experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Excel daily, creating and manipulating spreadsheets, additional years of experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent attendance.
• Ability to adjust work schedule as needed.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, order entry preferred.

$18.00 to $21.00. Starting pay may vary based on skills and related experience. Day Shift Hours.
