Service Advisor Join Our Team! Severson Auto Service in Rochester, MN seeks an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor! Responsibilities- Greet customers, listen to concerns, and identify needs
- Write accurate repair orders and communicate with technicians
- Provide estimates, explanations, and recommendations
- Coordinate repairs, follow-up, and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain records, manage workflow, and meet productivity goals
- Collaborate with technicians and management. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with auto repair software
