Prepare and present customers with quotes.
Communicate with customers and the foreman as needed.

Prepare invoice repair orders.

Ensure that a secured payments are made prior to releasing serviced vehicles.
Update Uptime Pro (Freightliner Elite Support Locations).Answer service calls.
Additional duties as assigned.
This position may require standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
This position requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
This position requires the occasional ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 80 lbs.
Required to perform work inside and outside, in varying weather situations.
Must be able to operate simple, complex and heavy-duty machinery.
Valid driver's license and MVR in good standing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Actively listen to customers and create descriptions of any problems or services that may be needed.Prepare service orders.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license and MVR in good standing.
