Client Experience Specialist FortiFi Wealth Shoreview, MN Job Details Full-time $22 - $27 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Teamwork Interpersonal skills Attention to detail Organizational skills Office experience Full Job Description Overview As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for FortiFi Wealth clients, making sure every person who calls or walks through our door feels known and cared for. You'll work closely with our advisors and Client Experience team to prepare for meetings, follow through on client requests, and keep the details organized. This role is a great fit for someone who loves people, takes pride in getting things right, and wants to grow as part of a collaborative team. This Job is Ideal for

Enjoys creating a welcoming and inviting environment for clients Is eager to learn Ablility to easily prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Enjoys people and building relationships Has the ability to handle frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment Communicates clearly in person, on the phone, and in writing Appreciates processes and following them thoroughly Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients — greeting clients, answering and directing incoming phone calls Handle incoming and outgoing mail Coordinate scheduling for client meetings and business associates Work with current CRMs and filing system to keep information, interactions, and processes documented and up to date Assist with client deposits and distributions Work with team to prepare for upcoming appointments and any necessary follow up items Work with clients to open new accounts and keep current Qualifications Prior experience in a client-facing role Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar professional office environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail, particularly when handling client paperwork and financial requests Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Desire to learn and grow Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive client and financial information
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
