We are seeking a full-time Private Client Care Advisor responsible for internal and external-facing communications related to increasing client census. This position will focus on referral sources, referrals, admissions, medical orders, insurance verifications, and other client-related activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure delivery of quality care and support throughout the clients' care journey. The Client Services Specialist is the main point of contact for families seeking to learn about our services and schedule Care Consultations, acting as a liaison between CareAparent and our clients, in addition to assisting with complaints, orders, account questions, billings, and cancellations, ensuring a prominent level of customer service.

$80,000/yr + Annual Bonus opportunity

In-Office & Field Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand CareAparent's services, articulating the advantages of their features and benefits to potential clients Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts aligned with company goals and initiatives Maintains community relationships and brand awareness and mission through coordination of events in the community including expos, information sessions, and other public-facing events Call, fax, and email prospect clients, referral sources, physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers to promote our services Utilize and maintain tracking and CRM tools to measure goals and metrics to report sales activity Review, distribute, and take timely, appropriate follow-up actions on all inbound communication (i.e., facsimile, telephone, and email), ensuring problems and concerns are resolved Schedule and attend face-to-face encounters and develop professional relationships with organizations and individuals connected with home care to establish channels for referral sources Producing engaging content and easy-to-use media kits to be distributed across a variety of channels Manage lead-generating workflows, tools, resources, content, and collateral that are related to all outward facing communication(s) Gather all necessary information and documentation relevant to client(s), verify coverage and insurance eligibility, obtain initial reimbursement authorizations/pre-authorizations, and obtain all paperwork required prior to initial assessment Input client information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, including, but not limited to client demographics, documentation, billing authorizations (as applicable), medications, allergies, and any other pertinent medical information Create client care plans and binders required by state and license regulations Travel between offices and attend other meetings and events as required or needed by manager
Qualifications:
Associate degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or healthcare required, bachelor's preferred At least 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing required Experience in relationship-based sales of services required Medical Intake experience required Home care experience is desirable, but not required Experience collaborating with a team and executing tasks preferred Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization Knowledge of medical/healthcare and insurance terminology is preferred CareAparent is an Equal Opportunity Employer and qualified applicants will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability or veteran status.
