Salary Range:

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Leads Provided Uncapped Earning Potential Requirements Driven, goal-oriented individuals with a desire to help others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident insurance licenses in the State of Missouri (we'll help!) A positive attitude and coachable mindset Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities Structured Training:

In-depth onboarding and hands-on workshops covering insurance products, compliance, client relationship building, and sales strategy.

Mentorship & Coaching:

Learn directly from successful, experienced insurance agents and sales leaders.

Ongoing skill-building in customer service, needs analysis, policy recommendations, and closing techniques.
