  • State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team.
No previous insurance experience is required. This is an opportunity to learn the insurance industry, develop valuable customer service and sales skills, and work toward obtaining a Missouri Property & Casualty license. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, coachable, and enjoys helping people. Compensation & Benefits $15
  • 18 per hour base pay, plus commissions and bonuses Estimated total earning potential of $35,000
  • 50,000+ annually, based on performance Paid time off Training and licensing support Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Responsibilities Assist customers with insurance questions, payments, policy updates, and service needs Learn to explain insurance products and coverage options Identify customer needs and assist with sales opportunities Respond to leads and follow up with customers Schedule appointments and maintain accurate customer information Provide friendly, professional customer service Learn agency systems, products, and procedures Qualifications Willingness and ability to obtain a Missouri Property & Casualty license No insurance experience required Customer service, retail, hospitality, office, call center, or sales experience is helpful Strong communication and listening skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable, organized, and comfortable using computers An active P&C license is a plus, but it is not required to apply.
