Position Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Collections Specialist who can communicate effectively with consumers and clients, ensuring positive interactions while achieving recovery goals. Key Responsibilities Contact consumers to arrange payment plans and resolve account issues Document all communications accurately in our system Adhere to all compliance standards, including FDCPA and company policies Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions Qualifications Prior collections, call center, or customer service experience preferred Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Proficiency with computers and data entry High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures We Offer Competitive base pay + performance incentives Benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, paid health club, etc) Paid training and career growth opportunities
