Job Description

Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza in Columbia, United States is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 416 S 9th St location. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specificationsProcess cash and credit card transactionsProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsLift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as neededAdhere to all food safety and hygiene standardsAssist with additional tasks as assigned by managementQualificationsStrong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team membersDetail-oriented mindset to ensure order accuracy and maintain cleanliness standardsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to follow directions and adhere to company policies and proceduresBasic math skills for handling cash transactionsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
