If already on the phone politely put them on hold Take and place customer orders, quote customers prices, generate return merchandise orders, Account receivable duties: collect deposits, prepare change of address records, collections of past due accounts, apply pmyt to account. Solicit sale of new or additional customers, adjust complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service to designated depts. and other duties. Must possess.
