Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Fenton, United States location on South Highway 141. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional customer service and support our daily operations.

Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accuratelyProcess cash transactions and handle paymentsPrepare and make pizzas according to company standardsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentProvide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customerAssist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restockingCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient operationsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionallyLift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as requiredQualificationsStrong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customersFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to follow directions and adhere to company policies and proceduresPositive attitude and friendly demeanorBasic computer proficiency for order processing and cash handlingExcellent multitasking skills to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneouslyProblem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectivelyPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
