Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza in Festus, United States is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at 801 Collins Drive. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficientlyProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyProcess cash and credit card transactionsAssist in pizza preparation and other food-related tasks as neededMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsHandle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentLift up to 25 lbs. when necessaryAdhere to company policies and food safety regulationsQualificationsStrong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to follow directions and pay attention to detailFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as neededPositive attitude and an easy smileBasic computer literacy for operating point-of-sale systemsExcellent multitasking abilitiesTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleaguesCustomer-focused approach to problem-solvingPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
