Job Description
Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers of Access Securepak and Access Corrections, assisting with orders, shipments, account inquiries, and product information. If you enjoy problem-solving, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Customer Support Provide outstanding inbound phone support to customers. Assist customers with order placement, deposits, shipment tracking, and general inquiries. Answer questions regarding order status, products, program details, and return processing. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Order Processing & Administrative Support Enter and process customer orders accurately and timely. Ensure expedited orders are processed promptly to meet program deadlines. Provide shipment tracking information and proof of delivery when requested. Complete administrative tasks related to customer interactions. Performance & Quality Consistently meet performance metrics, service levels, and quality standards. Maintain professionalism and accuracy while handling customer calls. Support team goals and complete additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years old. Must reside within the St. Louis metropolitan area. Bilingual proficiency in English (speaking and writing). Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience. Experience working in a call center environment. Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional, positive, and customer-focused phone presence. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Ability to type at least 30 words per minute. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Requirements Must be available to work days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays as needed. Must be able to attend a mandatory three-week training program: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
