Full Job Description Compensation:

Competitive salary Paid time off Profit sharing bonus monthly Training & development The Client/Estimate Sales Representative is the linchpin between the studio and our clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results.

Core Functions:

Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification Participate in client marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.) Manage and utilize proprietary estimating system Manage the entire client process from estimating, to follow-up and closing deals Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting Attend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off-hours or weekend commitment)

Client focus (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs) Strong communication and listening skills The ability to adapt style to a particular customer Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results Ideal candidates will also possess: 1+ years of prior client/customer representative and order entry experience Sign, graphic, vinyl, wrap, or installation knowledge desirable High school diploma or equivalent Associate's or Bachelor's Degree a plus Working at SpeedPro and in the large-format printing industry, gives you a chance to be creative.
