Licensed Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our service team. As a part of our service team, you will be responsible for servicing insurance policies to existing clients. This is a sales-oriented role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Service insurance policies to individuals and businesses
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients
• Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales administration skills, including the ability to manage client information and documentation accurately
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is preferred
• Ability to market insurance products effectively
