Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a blend of front desk hospitality and inbound phone support , acting as the first impression for our customers. The ideal candidate has a bubbly, people-first personality , thrives on helping others, and takes genuine ownership of creating a great customer experience. Think of this role like a great waiter/waitress mentality —you anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and make people feel taken care of every step of the way. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience (In-Person) Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive Gather detailed information about vehicle concerns Document and communicate customer needs clearly to technicians Assist with vehicle intake (including photos and documentation) Ensure customers feel informed, comfortable, and cared for Inbound Phone Support Answer incoming calls with a professional, upbeat tone Listen actively and respond with empathy to customer concerns Schedule appointments and manage incoming service requests Communicate what makes KC Auto Clinics different (our values, warranty, community focus) Balance multiple calls and tasks efficiently Coordination & Organization Keep accurate and organized customer records Follow up on customer requests and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Work as part of a team to deliver a seamless experience What We're Looking For Naturally positive, energetic, and personable demeanor Strong empathy and customer-first mindset Excellent communication skills (in-person and on the phone) Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player who enjoys contributing to a positive culture Automotive knowledge is a plus but NOT required What Makes You a
