We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls and emails, understand what clients need, and make sure their requests reach the right colleagues. You will stay involved after that first conversation, keeping records accurate and following up so clients know where things stand. This full-time, on-site role offers direct contact with clients and close collaboration with consultants and managers. You will learn how a professional services team supports its clients while building practical skills in communication, problem-solving, and relationship management. If you enjoy helping people, can bring order to a busy queue of requests, and take pride in doing what you said you would do, we would like to hear from you. Be the person who keeps clients informed As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Answer incoming calls and emails with a helpful, professional approach. Listen carefully, ask useful questions, and record the reason for each inquiry. Resolve straightforward requests using the information and guidance available to you. Direct more detailed questions to the appropriate consultant or manager. Track open requests and follow up with colleagues for updates. Let clients know what will happen next and when they can expect a response. Maintain accurate contact details, conversation notes, and follow-up records. Share recurring questions or service issues with the team so responses can improve. What matters in this role You will do well here if you: Enjoy speaking with people and helping them feel heard and confident. Communicate clearly by phone and in writing. Can manage several conversations or requests without losing track of the details. Stay composed when someone needs an answer quickly. Are comfortable using a computer to document your work and learn new systems. Take ownership of follow-ups and work well with colleagues across a team. Previous customer service experience is welcome, but a degree or consulting background is not required. You will receive guidance on the team's services and processes as you learn the role.
