Customer Service Specialist Penner Property Management - 4.0 Independence, MO Job Details $21 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Customer communication Productivity software Full Job Description We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in customer service and preferably in a maintenance department, dispatch, and follow-up. Skills required are exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Compensation:
$21 hourly
Responsibilities:
Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries Assist residents with day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and inquiries Document and report maintenance issues in detail, ensuring accurate information is provided to vendors Dispatch maintenance requests to appropriate vendors and track progress Conduct systematic and routine follow-ups on open work orders to ensure timely resolution Perform property walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs and enhance overall property condition Process move-in check-in sheets and ensure all necessary repairs are completed before new residents arrive Continuously seek and evaluate potential new vendors to expand our vendor list and improve service quality
Qualifications:
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in maintenance coordination preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in using Microsoft Office A proactive attitude and a commitment to customer service and company growth About Company At Penner Property Management, we believe in showing up, working hard, and putting people first.
