This role supports client service, scheduling, administrative workflows, and Client Relationship Software management across both financial planning and Medicare divisions. Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm client appointments
• Respond to routine client service requests
• Maintain Client Relationship Software records
• Track follow-ups and task completion
• Prepare client meeting materials
• Assist with document processing and status tracking
