Job Description
```Duties```
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Listen to customer concerns and document them accurately
Write up service orders and provide detailed descriptions of requested services
Communicate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles
Estimate costs for repairs and provide quotes to customers
Upsell additional services or maintenance packages as appropriate
Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts for repairs
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs
Maintain organized and accurate records of all service orders ```Experience```
Previous experience as a service writer or in a related role preferred
Knowledge of auto mechanics and repair processes
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints or concerns
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using computer software for writing service orders and generating quotes
